Sales Terms
The general terms and conditions of your rental are stipulated below.A rental contract will not be sent by mail but will be automatically approved by your reservation.We do not accept holiday vouchers.The number of people in the guest house cannot exceed the capacity mentioned for each room and the owners reserve the right to refuse unplanned excess people.The balance will be paid upon check-in and any extras must be paid before departure. The stay can only be paid for by Carte Bleue, on the site.VAT and tourist tax are included in the price.Arrival is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and departure until 11 a.m.Late check-out is possible for a supplement of €20.Free and private parking. The owners cannot be held liable in the event of damage to tenants' cars. Do not leave anything of value in cars.The owner disclaims all responsibility for any accident not respecting safety instructions. It is the tenants' responsibility to supervise their children and comply with safety rules. Nb: safety instructions inherent to the use of the swimming pool: do not dive, do not disturb on inflatable structures (or other) as well as around the pool, do not run at the edge of the pool, etc.Owners cannot be held liable in the event of damage caused to tenants.Tenants must report any possible visitors.The tenant host will enjoy the rented property to its full extent within the limits set by the rental contract.However, the use of the swimming pool, bar and pétanque area is prohibited beyond midnight, as is the broadcasting of music likely to generate noise pollution for the neighborhood or other guests.The owner also reserves the right to end the stay early for serious reasons: theft, damage, non-respect of other guests, inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with the nature of the premises, etc. In this case, the entire stay remains due without this payment excluding possible legal proceedings.
CANCELLATION COVID 19 RESTRICTIONCancellation due to new government restrictions due to Covid 19 will be without cancellation fees.
CLASSIC CANCELLATIONThe room can be canceled 48 hours in advance without cancellation fees. Reservations canceled within 48 hours will be charged in full. A deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking for any reservation of more than 5 days, non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours before arrival.If the customer does not appear before 10 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, this contract becomes void. The amount thus paid remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains fully acquired by the owner.
